4.1.2 Prohibited Content

You expressly agree NOT to publish content that:

  • Contains hate speech, discrimination, or promotes violence against individuals or groups

  • Promotes illegal activities, terrorism, or extremist ideologies

Important Notice: Kolency is a content management platform only. We do not have the authority to remove content from social media platforms, suspend social media accounts, or ban users from social media platforms. Content moderation, account suspension, and banning decisions are solely the responsibility of each respective social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). We are not responsible for content published by users and will not be held liable for any damages resulting from user-generated content.

5. Social Media Platform Integration

5.1 Platform Authorization

When connecting social media accounts, you:

  • Grant us permission to access your social media accounts
  • Authorize us to publish content on your behalf
  • Allow us to retrieve analytics and engagement data
  • Confirm you have the right to grant these permissions

5.2 Platform Compliance

You agree to:

  • Comply with each platform's terms of service
  • Respect platform-specific content guidelines
  • Not exceed platform rate limits or usage restrictions
  • Maintain valid and active social media accounts

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content and Responsibilities

Important: You remain the owner of your content, but you are fully responsible for ensuring its compliance with applicable laws and platform policies. By using our Service, you:

  • Grant us a license to process and publish your content
  • Confirm you have the rights to the content you publish
  • Are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of your content
  • Agree not to publish content that infringes on others' rights or violates any laws

  • Are responsible for any consequences resulting from your published content, including but not limited to legal or regulatory actions
  • Must respect generally accepted cultural, religious, and social norms in all content you publish

Legal Disclaimer: Kolency is a content management platform only. We do not review, approve, endorse, or moderate any user-generated content. We do not have the authority to remove content from social media platforms, suspend social media accounts, or ban users from social media platforms. All content moderation, account suspension, and banning decisions are solely the responsibility of each respective social media platform. All content published through our platform is the sole responsibility of the user who created it. Users are legally responsible for ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.

6.2 Our Content

Our Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Kolency and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Subscription and Payment Terms

7.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and limitations. You agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method
  • Notify us of any changes to your billing information

7.2 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.
